Role Description

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Corporate and M&A team in Almaty. This is a great opportunity for a driven candidate who wants to gain deep exposure to corporate law and grow within a top-tier legal environment. As an intern, you will assist the legal team and work directly with lawyers on key matters:

  • Conduct legal research and draft supporting memos
  • Assist with preparation and review of corporate/M&A documents
  • Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions
  • Support deal execution and internal legal initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
  • Attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian (Kazakh language is a plus)
  • Interest in corporate law, M&A, and regulatory matters
  • Law degree (obtained or in progress)
  • Initiative, integrity, and readiness to learn fast
