- Advising a major China petroleum corporation on all legal aspects of establishing a joint venture with the US$ 650 ml. plan for the development and production of six investment blocks in Uzbekistan
- Counseling a major Spanish explosives manufacturer on the tax, customs, labor, contract, license and other matters on the Project of reconstruction of A-373 road section sponsored by Asian Development Bank
- Counseling a famous US pharmaceutical company for compliance of its special patient treatment compliance program (PTCP) with the requirements of Uzbek laws and regulations
