Husniddin joined the Tashkent office of Centil Law Firm in 2016 and is currently a partner within the Banking and Finance Practice. His experience includes transactional and regulatory expertise to provide support on a variety of transactions, including foreign debt and equity investment, secured finance transactions, foreign investment and joint ventures transactions.
Husniddin is an English solicitor. Prior to joining Centil Law Firm, he worked at the London office of an international law firm and advised on corporate and finance deals governed under English law. He was also seconded to the Moscow office of an international law firm where he was extensively involved in corporate real estate transactions.
