- Advising IFC / World Bank Group on the first PPP project in Uzbekistan in connection with building, financing and operating four diagnostic centers in the regions of Uzbekistan
- Assisting the Government of Uzbekistan through the World Bank in the implementation of Tashkent-Andijan toll road project aimed at increasing the communication between the most populated area of Uzbekistan Ferghana valley and creating a transport corridor allowing the transfer of goods from China and Kyrgyzstan trough Uzbekistan further to the west
- Exercising legal due diligence on construction and licensing matters of a large Chinese cement company in relation to its subsidiary in Uzbekistan
- Advising one of the leading telecommunications operators, serving more than 70.4 million subscribers in creation of the joint venture, which included the Uzbek cellular operator and providing legal assistance in the process of the drafting and negotiating transactional documents
- Drafting a comprehensive legal memorandum on personal data regulations for Amazon, the world's leading company in e-commerce and public cloud computing, focusing on specific questions outlined in the questionnaire
- Conducting in-depth legal research for a global technology and professional services firm that serves major U.S. government agencies, the defense sector, and the intelligence community, addressing a cybersecurity questionnaire
- Drafting comprehensive legal advice on telecommunications regulations for Samsung related to the provision of cloud services
