- Acting for a leading eastern European agricultural corporation in its multimillion investment into construction of premix and feed compound plants in various regions of Kazakhstan. Negotiating Investment Agreement with the Government of Kazakhstan, supporting with corporate, contracts and regulatory matters
- Acted for major Swiss passenger railcar manufacturer STADLER Rail in relation to its investments and joint venture with the National Railway Company (Kazakhstan Temir Zholy) for the production of railcars in Kazakhstan
- As part of international legal team, assisted DoorDash Inc., the biggest U.S. food delivery company, in its all-stock $8.1 billion worth acquisition of Wolt Enterprises. Advised in relation to acquisition of Wolt’s business in Kazakhstan
- Acted for Mars Inc. and Wrigley Corporation in connection with their global merger. Assisted with implementation of the actual merger between Mars Kazakhstan and Wrigley Kazakhstan
- Advised China National Uranium Co., Ltd. in respect of its acquisition of a minority stake in Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP from JSC “NAC “Kazatomprom”
- Acted for Avito, owner and operator of the world’s largest classified advertisements website, in connection with the acquisition of IT startup company based in Astana International Financial Center
- Acted for LSE listed major Kazakh gold producer in connection with its secondary IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Advised on various legal issues of the prospectus
- Acted for a major Middle Eastern investment fund in relation to construction and operation of modern warehousing facilities in “Horgos Eastern Gates” special economic zone. Negotiation of transaction documents with Kazakhstan Railways Company (Kazakhstan Temir Zholy)
- Acting for VEON in the acquisition of a major on-demand online media streaming platform
