Khayrullo joined the Tashkent office of Centil in 2019 and is currently a partner within the Banking and Finance Practice. His practice incorporates transactional and regulatory to provide support on a variety of transactions, including foreign investments, joint ventures and acquisitions transactions.

Khayrullo is an English solicitor. Prior to joining Centil, Khayrullo worked as a trainee solicitor and business immigration advisor at the boutique law firm in London where he practiced immigration law and seconded to practice family and employment law. He has a broad range of experience working alongside high-profile solicitors and barristers in London (UK).

He has experience in managing a variety of corporate matters for a portfolio of clients within different sectors including the financial services, real estate, technology and advised high net worth private clients.

  • Advising on the Initial Purchased on the issuance of USZ denominated notes in the amount of UZS 785 bl. by the Uzbek bank. Covering all Uzbek law related matters
  • Standard Chartered Bank and other lenders in relation to project financing to be made available to ACWA Power Sirdarya LLC, a special purpose vehicle owned by ACWA Power and potentially other investors, with the purpose of funding the borrower’s development of a greenfield gas-fired 15GW CCGT power project in Uzbekistan
  • Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector in relation to financing of various local banks and companies in Uzbekistan
  • European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in relation to financing of local banks in Uzbekistan
  • International Finance Corporation (IFC) on obtaining the preliminary approval for the equity swap purposes in Uzbekistan
  • IFC on investment in the Joint-Stock Mortgage Bank Ipoteka Bank in connection with the Government of Uzbekistan Programme for the privatization of state-owned banks in the country
  • IFC on investment in Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank” (or Sanoat Qurilish Bank (UzPSB)) in connection with the Government of Uzbekistan Programme for the privatization of state-owned banks in the country
  • A credit bureau on registration and licensing with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan
