Centil Law Firm acted as legal counsel to ANADOLU ISUZU on the acquisition of a 75.2% state shareholding in SamAuto for US$80 million, as part of Uzbekistan’s ongoing privatization program.

The transaction team was led by Partner Umid Aripdjanov, with Senior Associate Diyor Islambekov and Associate Sultan Mamataliev.

This landmark transaction strengthens industrial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye and supports the transformation of SamAuto into a key regional player in the bus and e-bus segment.
