Centil Law Firm acted as legal counsel to Riyadh Cables Co., the Middle East and Africa’s largest cable manufacturer, on its acquisition of a 51% stake in Artikul Aziya Kabel LLC.

This strategic expansion marks Riyadh Cables Group’s entry into Central Asia through one of Uzbekistan’s leading manufacturers of power cables, electrical wires, solar energy cables, and cabling systems.

The transaction is subject to a set of conditions, including merger and ownership transfer approvals from the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
