Led by Partner Umid Aripdjanov, with Counsel Natalya Kim, Maxim Sayfutdinov, and Associate Farzona Tashmukhamedova, our team advised the issuer on the successful placement of US$350 million 7.375% Notes due 2030 alongside a tender offer for its outstanding US$300 million 4.85% Notes due 2026.

The tender offer, open from 10 to 18 November, resulted in US$133.5 million in principal amount tendered and accepted. Settlement, including accrued interest, was completed on 20 November.

The tender offer was managed by global institutions, including Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and Société Générale, with Citibank, N.A., London Branch acting as the tender and information agent.
