Centil Law Firm acted as Kazakhstan legal counsel on a €200 million financing granted to the Development Bank of Kazakhstan by CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and SACE S.p.A.

The project team was led by Partner dinara jarmukhanova, with support from Senior Associates Asror Fayzov and Talgat Mustafin, Associate Adema Kuandykova and Junior Associate Azaliya Mametniyazova. Centil team worked closely with CDP and SACE’s international counsel Watson Farley & Williams.

This financing will support strategic projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, transport, healthcare, and water supply, while also strengthening economic relations between Italy and Kazakhstan by fostering business partnerships and bilateral trade across these sectors.
