Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company

Centil Law Firm advised on US$ 500 mln corporate eurobond offering by Uzbekistan State-Owned Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, a top four world gold champion, on the issuer side.

The offering is a single tranche with maturity of five years pursuant to Rule 144A/Reg S on the London Stock Exchange. The total book of orders amounted to US$2.3 billion. The coupon yield will be 6.75% per annum.
