Uzbekneftegaz JSC | LSE offering

Centil Law Firm acted as a local legal counsel for the issuer on the largest single tranche offering in the corporate debt market for Uzbekistan.

US $850 million corporate eurobond offering by Uzbekneftegaz JSC, a State-Owned national oil and gas company. The offering consists of a single tranche with a maturity of five years under Rule 144A/Reg S on the LSEG. The total book of orders amounted to US$1.9 billion. The coupon yield will be 8.75% per annum.
