Centil Law Firm advised JSC Almalyk Mining And Metallurgical Complex (Almalyk MMC) on its EPC contract with Engineering Dobersek GmbH for the development of copper electrolysis shop on a turnkey basis.

The project is part of Almalyk MMC’s multi-billion-dollar expansion of its Copper Smelting & Metallurgical Complex. The expansion plan aims to increase company’s total copper cathode production by 300,000 tons/year with modernization capacity of additional 200,000 tons/year.
