Centil Law Firm advised Tashkent Invest on its joint venture with DP World, a global leader in logistics and port management, to develop and operate a modern multimodal logistics terminal in Tashkent.
With a total investment exceeding USD 288 million, the project will cover over 80 hectares in the Yangi Avlod industrial zone and include a rail dry port, customs zones, Class A warehouses, cross-docking facilities, and a dedicated rail freight station.
Centil’s team - Counsel Maxim Sayfutdinov, Associate Nigina Saidova, and Junior Associate Nursultan Kurbanbaev - provided full legal support on investment, regulatory, corporate, joint venture, and land matters. This project strengthens Uzbekistan’s role as a regional logistics hub, enhancing trade connectivity across Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
